Hello all.
If you are reading this, you're either an internet creepster or you know me. (Please don't be dissauded from reading, though, internet creepsters.) I go to school in the Chicago area and will be studying abroad in Beijing on a language intensive program in the fall semester. I wanted to keep a blog to stay in touch with people at home (I can only imagine the difficulties of responding to eight separate "how are you?" e-mails on the apparently questionable Chinese internet system), but also for my own bad self to look back on later.
Also, I'm writing these in Chinese as well, just to work on my Chinese. If you speak Chinese, you probably do it much better than me, so please correct me!
I'm usually much more interesting than this when I write, I promise. Interesting and verbose.
Also, if you'd like to subscribe to this (ie, the blog will email you my new posts whenever I update), this should work. If not it's because I'm bad at the computer.
